Privacy Policy

GroGrip Media Pvt Ltd provides digital education: a live webinar, masterclass access, and optional VIP digital bonuses. We do not sell physical goods. For privacy requests, email support@grogrip.com.

When you register or contact us, we collect:

• Name — to identify your booking and address you in session communications.
• Email address — to send your confirmation, Zoom or session join link, calendar details for Saturday, 17 October 2026 (8:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST), VIP access instructions, and support replies.
• Phone number — to reach you about your registration, session reminders, and support if email is not enough.
• Messages you send us — including the contents of a support email.
• Payment status — order or payment reference, amount, and success or failure status returned by our payment partners. We do not receive or store your full card number, UPI PIN, or net-banking password.
• Technical data — basic browser and device information, and pages visited, through cookies and similar tools needed to run the site.

We use this information only for the following purposes:

• Creating and managing your webinar registration.
• Delivering access to the live session, digital masterclass materials, and VIP bonuses you purchase.
• Processing your payment and keeping a record of the transaction.
• Customer support, including refund and cancellation requests.
• Sending service messages about the session you booked. We do not sell your data.
• Meeting legal, tax, and accounting duties, and preventing fraud or misuse of the checkout.

The legal bases we rely on are your consent when you submit a form, performance of the contract to deliver the session or digital product you paid for, and our legitimate need to run a secure checkout and keep required records. Where a law such as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 requires a specific ground, we rely on that ground.

Online payments are processed by Razorpay and Cashfree. Either processor may be used at checkout. They collect payment details directly on their secure pages and handle UPI, cards, and other methods they offer. Their own privacy notices apply to the payment step.

We also share the minimum data needed with service providers who help us deliver the product: email delivery for confirmations, and the video platform (such as Zoom) that hosts the live session. Those providers may only use the data to perform that service.

We use cookies and similar storage that are needed for the site to load, remember a session, and understand basic traffic. You can block cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working, including checkout. We do not use cookies to sell personal information.

We keep registration and support records for as long as we need them to deliver the session, provide VIP access you have paid for, and handle disputes. Payment and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax and company law require, which is commonly up to eight years. When a record is no longer needed, we delete it or remove identifiers so it can no longer be linked to you.

Subject to applicable Indian law, you may ask us to:

• Confirm whether we hold personal data about you, and for a copy of it.
• Correct a name, email, or phone number that is wrong.
• Delete data we no longer need, or withdraw consent where consent was the only basis for processing.
• Raise a grievance about how we handle your data.

Email support@grogrip.com with the subject “Privacy request” and the email you used at registration. We will respond within a reasonable time and, where the law sets a deadline, within that deadline. You may also approach the Data Protection Board of India once that route is available for your complaint.

The masterclass is meant for adults. We do not knowingly register anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us personal data, email us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect registration data. Payment credentials are handled by Razorpay and Cashfree, not stored on this website. No online service can promise perfect security. Please use a current browser and keep access to your email account secure, because session links are delivered there.

We will post any update on this page and change the “Last updated” date. The version on this page applies from that date. Continued use of the site after an update means you have seen the revised policy.
